The west corner, there was a male yelling, cursing to himself, swinging around a 45-foot wooden stick at a unknown object that was sharp in his hand, pacing back and forth. East Greenlake Drive North, Northeast 71st. Suspect's going to be a black male, 20 to 30, 5'10", heavy build, wearing a light blue shirt, dark pants, or jeans.
