Im guessing after I passed him he tried to turn his vehicle around and cause a collision
I had to slam my breaks cus I was on the 1st lane he literally ended up right next to me.
I was driving on the freeway when I seen the car on the carpool lane lose control crossed in front of other cars and hit the shoulder side on the right facing the opposite of traffic but he landed on the emergency lane it wasn’t blocking lanes I called it in
