Disregard the person in video that says someone died. No one died and evidence of that is no ambulance on site.
Loud screaming outside. They arrested transient person that was mentally ill/on drugs according to cops. Person had a weapon which seemed to be a jackhammer. Not sure if male or female but the screaming was so loud
