Western Lakes Med 53 and Truck 53 are en route, alpha level elevator rescue at Oconomowoc School Apartments, 623 Summit Avenue. Called in by an alarm company saying that there's a female stuck on the first floor and no one is sick or injured. They do have contact inside with the subject and PD is not responding to what's requested.
