Person's going to be at the Downs. Reporting party advised that he was attacked. Unknown time delay. Suspect's going to be a Black adult male, has braids, carrying a baton and knife, unknown clothing description, has facial piercing and some blood but doesn't need EMS. Subject states that he was robbed on the property. They took his phone and the phone victim is going to be a rebel tourist. He's about 30-years-old, wearing a pink shirt, blue and white stripes.
