922 Ocean, that 900 is at 3708 West Northern Avenue, near the pool area, and also to unit 239. Neighbor possibly from 247, very 390, broke two chairs by falling on them, fell on the rocks a couple of times, and is bleeding, seems very belligerent, yelling at everyone who goes by. White male, late 50s, 5'5", thin, no shirt, swim trunks, no known weapons, no contact, at 1815.
