This morning, someone left an Audi A7, unknown color, with a plate covered and driver's window open in the parking lot. Complainant sees on a black and white camera, two black males, 20s, unknown clothing, pulled up in a black Cadillac, and they're looking into the vehicle, no known weapons. You have one, the owner for contact at 1758.
