3 Sam 4 to copy, pinning 245 Time Element, Bruceville, Cosumnes River, 5C. 10 ago, subject in a vehicle threw a water bottle at a bicyclist. The bottle did not hit the bicyclist, but water got on them. Subject's female, Black, 27, pink clothing, in a silver Infiniti four-door sedan, plate of 8 X-ray Yellow William 446. Last seen north, northbound Highway 99, pinning 245 Time Element, 5C. Sam 4, I copy. We can change that to a 242 and do not need anything done. Sam 4, I'll check.
