Going to be a reference to a disabled boat on Kewaunee Lake. Closest cross streets are going to be Oak Street and Peninsula Drive. Oak Street and Peninsula Drive. Called in by an area resident over here, but can see a boat that's tucked in the bay by this location and Rocky Point. The boat won't start, just keeps floating and appears to be occupied by two people.
