4903. Trespasser for now at the Target, 3204 North Clark, near the cosmetic department. Security is reporting that a male, Black, wearing a navy blue sweater, navy blue pants, said he's banned from the store. He's refusing to leave. They've called a couple times. Now we're getting a theft on him. Again, that description, male, Black, 5'6", blue top, black pants. Nothing further. 10-4.
