12. 31. 11-0-2-9, Freeway Way Northeast in the TJ Maxx parking lot. We have a caller reporting that they were nearly struck in the parking lot. Correction, the caller's father was nearly struck in the parking lot by a vehicle. The caller then escalated the situation, attempted to punch the driver of the vehicle through the door. Suspect vehicle had driven off, and we potentially have the driver of one of the vehicles as well. Calling in as well. 11-0-2-9, there's both of you.
