blue pants, standing by at Flower Station. Heard at MTA E-line at Farmdale and Exposition. Suspect is a male, Black, 20 years, white shirt, black shirt, had a brown sweater over his shoulder, no weapons, snatched phone out of PR's hand, and exited train on Farmdale. Code 2, incident 3389, RD 1321. Any Newton unit, cross-strip suspect, Santa Fe and the 10, off of Porter Street, under the freeway. Suspect's a two-month, Hispanic, 30-years-old, one wearing a hat, gray shirt, black shorts, number 2, no further description. Code 2, incident 3388, RD 1309.
