For 301 Town Center Boulevard at the Giant, I have reports of a 14 or 15-year-old white male who is riding a blue bike in a parking lot, blocking traffic, weaving back and forth between cars that are driving. 10-4, you still on scene? 10-4. 20-04. Still on scene. They're negative weapons, but the male's hand was.
