Ambulance 264, Tom 1 PM with the handle 263 with the assist 902N at 5th Street East and Palmdale Boulevard. Black Toyota RAV-4 versus a black Escalade. Informant states other party ran a red light when distracted by passing fire truck that was rolling code. No injuries, blocking the road, wants the report. Informant was advised to lay and called back, stated the other driver does not have a DL and smells like alcohol. Tag is 128.
