I have an animal complainant at 21 Sylvan Drive. Two dogs that are constantly outside in the heat all day, every day. Does not see any water out for the dogs. Sometimes on the chain. Gets wrapped around the trees. Complainant thinks that they're being neglected. Needs to do a well check for them. Copy. KML 3, check and status. KML 3, status check.
