1128 15th Avenue, in front for a male laying in the bushes on the caller's residential property with his belongings, returning with more rubbish. No weapons. Caller has had this individual removed several times. Subject, correction, suspect will be Elastiff Williams, first of seven, date of birth September 2, 76. Black male, 49 years old, 5'11", medium build, covered with a shower curtain currently. Be advised, the caller does have an unverified protection order as the respondent as well.
