EMA or whoever's supposed to be coming to cut the tree, Highland Yard or whoever's supposed to be coming, you know, put a barricade and maybe cut way some of that tree.

 I'm going to divert northbound traffic on the Finley at this location.

 And the National Guard's going to have the north side of the downed tree.

 They're going to have traffic on that side.

EMA or whoever's supposed to be coming to cut the tree, Highland Yard or whoever's supposed to be coming, you know, put a barricade and maybe cut way some of that tree. Okay, check, 296. Crews are expected to arrive soon to cut and clear the tree limb. Traffic is being diverted away from the blocked roadway.
