2370 East Lincoln Highway, the Target of New Lenox. There's a chunk of concrete in the eastbound lanes of Route 30 by the, turn lanes to get into Target. Multiple chunks of concrete the size of a basketball, unsure of the exact location. This was called in by Frankford Ambulance.
