Woodhaven cars, 20076 West Road. Have a report of children alone in a red Kia Soul in the parking lot. One's 27 years old, the other's a toddler. Has been there about 15 minutes now. It's parked in a handicapped spot. It looks now that it's pulling out. Last seen northbound on Allen. 12-11, 12.
