Yes, sir. Can I have you start to 5038 Quincy Street? I mean 4915 Annapolis Road for the animal complaint. Caller advised that a stray dog is following him and whimpering. Thinks that something is wrong with the dog and doesn't know what to do. Seems like county tried to call animal control and got no answer. And the address is behind the high school. Acre 12.
