Control from Ladder 15. Ladder 15. There's vehicles stuck in the water on, under the bridge in both directions. They're both just waiting on tow trucks. Clear, waiting on tows. Ladder 15, making sure they're clear. We cannot get them out of the water, correct? Can you repeat that? They're clear. We cannot get them out of the water. We keep having repeat callbacks. Yeah, we told them that we didn't have equipment for that, so they are waiting on tow trucks. 10-58.

Control for Ladder 27. Ladder 27. The car's out, so we have no patient, but we are going to need somebody to come out here and block this intersection. The water's real deep and cars are going to keep trying to go there unless it's blocked off. PD should be out. Clear.

@indianapolisUser2284886002 that was our car. Thought we saw a child in the road and slowed down, turns out it was a full grown adult knee deep in water. I’m pretty sure the drains were blocked
