414 King for traffic. Go ahead. It's going to be a 647, 1056 West Beavis Avenue, for the alley just north, 9600 South. White male, 21 to 22, 5'7", 05'9", 120 pounds, black t-shirt, beige shorts, still on his knees. Had an unknown object, possibly a screwdriver in hand, walking northbound and southbound on 4th Avenue. Unconfirmed unit passed by, went into the alley, has a sense of no jumping, thinks the subject is possibly casing the area. No one for contact, that may not have read. Is there a unit to follow? 411 Mary. 10-4.
