Lancaster 113 Adam, the handle 415 East, possible 417, 11th Street and Avenue K, King 10 in Lancaster, multiple juvies at the loc, playing loud music and drinking. Informant stated she observed a male Hispanic juvie with a black 417. A large party at the loc, approximately 70 kids at the loc, 417 seen in a vehicle, no one around. Tag 289.
