Copy, thank you. 15335 Waterloo Road. Jess is calling in stating there was a customer named JC who was a black male, approximately 5'4", wearing a black shirt, was making threats to shoot the business. Caller didn't actually see a weapon, but he was holding a book bag and refusing to leave. It's a 2, CAD's going to be 4772.
