Formed an officer, male, Hispanic, 7, wearing a blue shirt, black shorts, shark sandals, walking around the location by himself. Now sitting by himself at a table, doesn't appear to be with any adult, alone for over 30 minutes. Child stated that his parents are in the bathroom. In 4, we went to the women's restroom and no one was there. It's tag 279.
