AMR 109, going to 14420 South of Farmington Road, Farmington Square, unit A. Actually, it says building CD, building CD. They have a female in her 80s, bell hit her head on the floor, breathing is normal. She'll be in memory care. Looks like her legs caught under her wheelchair and she slipped out of her chair and landed on her right side. Wall was only about a foot and a half onto hardwood. About 12 ago.
