Respond to the area of Winscott Road and Lakeway Drive, Winscott Road and Lakeway Drive for a reckless driver. It's going to be on a tan Suburban. The license plate is showing to be possibly David X-ray 2. She was unable to get the rest. She advised that they were heading west on Winscott and she got stuck at the light. But they went straight on to Lakeway Drive. She advised that they had hit the curb multiple times and went on to incoming traffic a few times as well.
