I’m not 100% sure on that so don’t put me on that, but I’m pretty sure the person with tased from another person and not the police
It was called in. It was interesting to hear calling all cars calling all cars. There were a large group of people here fighting one person was tased. The person tased was not tased by the police. I believe they were teased by another person before the police arrived here I was listening to it on the scanner.
