I got two calls, looks like it's going to be the same incident. Elmwood and Calkin Hook, Elmwood Avenue and Calkin Hook Road for the disorderly subject. It's being called in by set the dispatch as well as the passenger on the bus at the the Route 115 bus, saying there's a vehicle in the street blocking the road, refusing to move. Description is unknown at this time. Correction, from the caller on the bus, it's a white SUV. 24, got it.
