Control, 2124. Go ahead. Will you please notify whoever's in charge of the traffic lights at Southport and Emerson, headed westbound? The lights for the left turn lane, when you're heading west, it goes south on Emerson, are not functioning. And there's a whole bunch of cars that are starting to pile up there.
