Unknown weapons involved. Indecency in progress. She advised the suspect is all the way down in the parking lot, in the lawn, exposing himself. She has advised police will see his feet. Suspect, 74, number 1 male, 20 years old, black top, black pants, white and black bag, 5'8", 120 pounds, broke... He's got starter twist dreads, black in color. He's on scene, George 4.
