Draper 48, for an area check on a theft just occurred. Draper 48. Reference, 12537 South 1100 East. This is a complainant's address. They say that they saw someone steal an e-bike from their neighbor's home. Was last seen going northbound. It's going to be a dark-colored e-bike with a brown seat.
