623 George for traffic. Go ahead. 647 Victor, 1201 East Northern Avenue at the AMTN. Two white males and a white female, unknown weapons with bolt cutters, are cleaning their white Dodge Journey. And there are three dogs in the back, the only thing with the windows up and the vehicle is off. One of the subjects is still with the vehicle, possibly on 237 David because complainant saw syringe. Complainant is worried about the dogs, known for contact at 1734. Is there a unit to call?
