Lancaster 114, the handle 447, JO 909A, Avenue J and John and 240th Street East in Llano. Informant stated that observed two male, White adults wearing a white t-shirt, black hat. Second, DP is unknown, cutting down telephone wires left in a silver band northbound. Wires are now down and in the road. Informant possibly has video footage located between Avenue J and John and Avenue I, added. TAC 233.
