1411. 1411, units of 14 on the citywide, getting a person with a gun, 2853 West Belmont in the alley. Caller states it's a group of eight male Hispanics. Two of three of them are brandishing guns. One is bald with a light blue shirt. The other one's in a wheelchair. I have nothing further. 14th district, zone 3.
