2 Charles 31, I'm going to preempt you from the 594 that we had you on and start you for a 242 in progress at 1515 C Charles Street in 3A Adam, the John Muir Park. 468 ppl notified of a woman being actively assaulted and only 25 of them bothered to click on the notification. Is it because of the neighborhood and people assume those involved are homeless and thus don't care about what happens to them? I wonder. I live IN A HOUSE about 600ft from where this happened. I walk around in this neighborhood all the time. I am not homeless. It shouldn't matter what my living situation is in order for people to GAF is all I'm saying. Homeless people are still people. I promise if this notice had been for Land Park, far more than 25 ppl would have clicked it. But in River District? Nah, who cares? 馃ぎ
