Cars stop, computer business, 2346 Williams Street. It's north side between Harlem and Crisfield. There's four kids throwing rockets at the business. They're all white males, about 12 to 13-years-old. They're refusing to leave, screaming at the complainant, and they're telling him they're going to destroy his car.
