And this is a Spanish-speaking caller. Apparently, there's also a second caller calling in. They're not giving all of the details to the call taker, but one of the callers says that the suspect threatened to harm or kill the caller with a pistol that has not been seen.

That's clear. Just try to locate that caller, see what direction the suspect went. They're saying that this guy had a bulletproof vest on himself. Clear.

It was in Abraham and LaRoche. They didn't say which one it was. The victim was Hispanic male in his 20s, black hair, yellow shirt, black basketball shorts. I have a male stating that the suspect is in a older black Chevy truck.
