Caller advised, homeless person staying on the premises on the side of the church. Caller's not on scene, but she's looking at cameras and can see them. Caller advised that the suspect also has a dog with her and the dog is aggressive. It's going to be an unknown female in her 40s wearing a black top and blue jeans with a black and white bulldog.
