And advise two male Blacks, one's wearing a black shirt, black pants, second wearing a black shirt, black pants as well. Both shirts have yellow writing on it. They're occupying a gray four-door SUV and harassing the complainant's dog on the scene. 930 North McLean Boulevard, 474. Check, 484. 484, check.
