Units, send to locate reckless driver, Roadridge, last seen near the Sam's Club, 6525 South State Street. Vehicle's a red sedan. Caller did not see the plate. Was following the caller, then yelled at the complainant, also left the location. Driver was a 30 to 40-year-old Hispanic or Polynesian male. Units, send to locate Roadridge.
