Engine 67 responding to the Franklin apartment, 5575 Southwest Franklin Avenue. It's going to be near apartment 11 outside. Caller's reporting what looks like beer or wine bottles that were on fire near a fence. It did start to spread to it. They had some people nearby trying to put it out. Caller still says it was a relatively small area. No injuries there. Not sure what started it. Nothing further.
