White City 78, Mendel 73, copy on a traffic accident. 78. 73. 1070 East Fort Union Boulevard, 7000 South, near the Chili's. Caller's daughter was involved in an accident, negative injuries. Caller arrived to pick up his daughter, and the other driver seems intoxicated and does not want police to come out. Daughter's vehicle is a white Ford Ranger. Other vehicle is going to be a red Chevy Silverado. I'll advise on further.
