11 David. Go ahead. 11 David, we're Sam 4 to cover. Respond, 812 C Street at the Ink House Social. RP is the owner there. She advised of a homeless subject, came to the business, broke several items behind the location, apparently tried to pull wire and took a breaker. Described as a white male adult, 5'6", wearing a teal sweater, hair in a bun, possibly cream. He was last seen head on foot towards Little Caesars. Copy, en route. Sam 4 for cover.
