Company 32, Sunrise Assisted Living, 2130 East, 9400 South, for an approximately 80-year-old male, conscious and breathing, had a ground level fall and hit his head. There is bleeding from the injuries that is controlled. He's no longer on the ground. Said that he's in the memory care area, no room number given.
