Kroger, 35000 23 Mile. Caller states a homeless woman got into her car and took her wallet. Sounds like our caller got her wallet back, but not the money that was inside of it. States the woman was high on something. Our caller will be waiting to speak with you in a white Equinox in a handicapped spot. She said the homeless female is sitting by Hallmark.
