South Park is on fire again. Seems to be a weekly occurrence now. Third world vibes. Pathetic
Some of these buildings need to be demolished! Oh well for the owners if you can’t do anything with it then bye bye your building
so much more dangerous for the FD when a roof is partially collapsed or walls are unstable. the owners just leave them unprotected. it is awful. i think they want them to be condemned because bare land sells better than land with a derelicy building still present.
They need to incentivize property owners to have buildings occupied and up and running. Issue is private equity and lame landowners just sitting on property
