Was pedestrian in the crosswalk? So many people cross Thomas Rd. outside of crosswalks. I live off of Thomas Rd. and even with added pedestrian crossing lights, I see so many decide to cross outside of crosswalks. Why take chances? Walk to a crosswalk to cross a street! Either people think they’re indestructible, they don’t care or are suicidal.
East bound Thomas closed at 7th st.

Was pedestrian in the crosswalk? So many people cross Thomas Rd. outside of crosswalks.
