Vehicle was a black Hyundai SUV, unknown plate, with two suspects, one was a Hispanic or white male, with a black ski-mask, red hoodie, with a screwdriver. Second subject, unknown race male, black ski-mask, white hoodie, blue jeans, free for traffic. Subjects were seen kicking and breaking into the vehicle and then left an unknown DOT.
