Calling party advised a silver Toyota Corolla was running a red light. Almost hit the calling party, driving directly towards her and almost ran over. Times like 3 minutes. Calling party didn't get a plate or description of the driver. Unknown if the driver received DOH. Vehicle continued northbound. Vehicle did not hit the calling party.
